After ten joyful years in Manhattan's West Village, we packed it all up and moved across town to the East Village, officially reopening April 6th, 2015. Happily, the same staff that closed the old store opened the new. Now a team of three: Kim, Adam, and Lori are here daily to answer your questions and help you make the best jewelry decisions possible.
A fresh start in a new location gave us the space to focus on custom work and Lori's growing fine jewelry line. While not prominently featured on our website, we do still have a curated collection of vintage jewelry as well as a both costume and fine jewelry from selected independent jewelry designers as well as others.
Our guiding credo remains, "Jewelry for the People!" We believe the world is full of beautiful, well-made, reasonably priced goodies, and our job is to bring them to you. No snotty attitude, no pompous pretense, just beautiful things wrought with meaning and love.
We continue to dream of creating a Wee Shop Manifesto defining of our personal theories on jewelry, the importance of working with one's hands, learning history through jewelry, faith in humankind, and the joys of New York City living. One day.
Until then, we invite you to visit our cozy East Village shop where we promise to do our best to make you happy.
